Many of our premium reds and whites also include crushed grape packs, so the wine can ferment on crushed grapes during the first week.

Each batch can make the equivalent of 30 - 750 ml bottles. Prices quoted are for the 'kits' or ingredients only. To make wine 'on premise' the regular fee of $55 applies, with no extra charges for corks, shrink caps or customizable labels.

Cellar Craft Amarone … $143

The Amarone ferments on Cellar Craft's 14 lb. 'crushed grape pack' of a blend of virgin varietal grapes and sun dried grapes. The resulting wine is full-bodied and deep garnet in colour with a bouquet of plum, cherry and raspberry. With age the wine softens and dries, and notes of chocolate, tobacco, leather and fig develop.

Cellar Craft Argentinian Malbec … $141

The definitive star of Argentina and fermented on crushed grapes, Malbec is medium to full-bodied and distinguished by its structure, rounded mouth-feel, prominent, lush flavours of ripe cherry, black currant and chocolate, subtle notes of clove, vanilla and caramel with background suggestions of earthiness.

Cellar Craft Walla Walla Cabernet/Merlot … $141

Fermented on crushed grapes, this is the classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet and Merlot, typified by the unique Walla Walla profile of intense fruit and spice flavours and aromatics. Notes of currant, cherry and plum are backed by hints of black pepper, anise and coffee. Oaking nicely mellows the tannins and adds a suggestion of toastiness.

Cellar Craft Rosso Fortissimo … $141

A rush of blackberry, plum, cherry and candied orange fragrances followed by flavours of currant, fig, cedar and spice intertwined with a beautiful balance of toasted oaks signify this red. This red wine has a rich, elegant finish. Made with Cellar craft's 'crushed grape pack', the Rosso Fortissimo is a multiple medal winner fashioned after the Super Tuscan styles of wines. This wine is big and full-bodied with solid structure and bold fruit notes.

Cellar Craft Chilean Carmenere … $141

Oak produces soft tannins, subtle toast and vanilla, providing a terrific backdrop to the aromas and flavours of blackberry, black cherry, tropical fruit, and spice from the grapes. Notes of coffee, mocha, and tobacco can be expected along with a mineral tang that forms as part of the lengthy finish. The wine is medium to full-bodied with bright ruby colour.

Cru Select Italian Amarone … $127

From Tuscany in Italy, the main varietal of Amarone is Corvina. Grapes selected for the Amarone are first partially dried, resulting in a concentration of flavors and slightly higher alcohol content (about 14%). Our Cru Select Amarone is fruity and flavorful with notes of plum, cherry, raspberry and vanilla. Hints of chocolate, coffee and leather develop with age. Drinkable in five months, Amarone will continue to improve over a year.

A white wine with the incredibly intense aromas of melon, grapefruit, mango, peach, banana and papaya. The fruity character picks up a strong backbone from the good acidity and hint of tannin, carried over from the Grenache Gris grape.

The lively golden hue reveals a combination of floral notes and apple crispness with perfumed headiness of lychee, rose petals, and hints of passion fruit. The long finish and medium body makes a great off-dry wine for sipping.

Selection California Viognier … $122

The intense fruitiness of this beguiling wine suggests rich sweetness, but it shows a surprisingly dry and aromatic finish. A delicate yellow colour, tinged with the variety's typical 'green-gold' hue, it bursts out of the glass with apricot, peach and spice aromas. As it matures, it can also display hints of jasmine, honeysuckle, kiwi, mint, orange blossom and even mango! Lower acidity makes it friendly to a wide range of foods, but it's soft but strong' character makes it excellent for sipping alone.

Selection White Zinfandel … $124
